Job Description

D2D Consulting is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Manager to support our Project Management Office (PMO). This role is essential to keeping projects running smoothly - from managing deliverables and tracking timelines to coordinating client communications and maintaining accurate documentation. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment, anticipates needs before they become issues, and enjoys being the glue that holds projects together.


Key Responsibilities


  • Planning, executing, and closing projects across multiple clients
  • Track project deliverables, milestones, timelines, and dependencies to ensure on-time execution
  • Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and clients to keep everyone aligned and informed
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting notes, and risk logs
  • Monitor project risks and issues, escalate concerns as needed, and help implement mitigation strategies
  • Facilitate client communications, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and following up on action items
  • Assist with resource coordination and workload tracking
  • Ensure projects follow PMO standards, processes, and best practices
  • Support continuous improvement efforts within the PMO


Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a project coordination, project management, or administrative support role
  • Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment
  • Proficiency with project management tools, with an understanding of PMO frameworks and project governance
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office

D2D Consultant Expectations

D2D consultants are expected to maintain the highest standards of professionalism, communication, and ethical conduct. These expectations include:


Professionalism and Conduct

  • Present a clean, neat, and tasteful appearance appropriate to your role whenever representing D2D, whether in person or virtually.
  • Be prepared for the workday and arrive on time for scheduled work, meetings, and events. If tardiness or absence is unavoidable, notify both your D2D supervisor and the client as soon as possible. Frequent or unexcused absences or lateness may result in disciplinary action.
  • Always demonstrate ethical behavior, including safeguarding confidential information and refraining from theft, negligence, destruction, or unauthorized removal or misuse of D2D or client property.
  • Ensure that participation in outside professional organizations does not interfere with job performance or client obligations.


Communication and Reporting

  • Communicate proactively with clients and D2D management regarding timelines, deliverables, delays, and project status. Consultants are required to provide status updates to their direct manager at least weekly.
  • Submit all work time into the time management system by the end of each Friday to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

Salary Range

  • $80,000 - $95,000
