D2D Consulting offers internship tracks aligned with different learning interests and career goals and is primarily seeking candidates for the Discovery and Internal Services internships. These roles focus on internal functions such as Sales, Marketing, and Human Resources, offering hands-on exposure to how a consulting firm operates behind the scenes.

Interns may support a variety of initiatives depending on timing, interests, and organizational needs. This can include research, project support, content development, or internal initiatives.

Interns work alongside experienced professionals who provide context, direction, and feedback throughout the internship experience

Applicants must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business, Management, Marketing, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field. Candidates should be at the sophomore level or above and maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
Candidates are expected to demonstrate strong academic performance, dependable attendance, and professional conduct throughout their academic experience. Applicants must provide one reference from a Department Chair, Academic Advisor, or Dean of Students who can speak to their readiness for a professional environment.
Successful applicants will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace, and a willingness to learn and incorporate feedback. Strong time management, reliability, and a professional and ethical approach to work are essential.
Interns should demonstrate collaboration and teamwork, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and a thoughtful problem-solving mindset. Successful candidates show initiative, curiosity, and sound professional judgment while aligning with D2D Consulting’s values and contributing positively to team culture.
