Why did you start The Custom Call Center?

While working with our real estate clients, I noticed that many were dissatisfied with their current call solutions. They were often paying exorbitant rates for subpar service, with only about 25% of their calls being answered. This gap in quality and efficiency inspired us to create The Custom Call Center to provide a more reliable and cost-effective solution.

How is your service different from other call centers?

Our call center representatives have extensive experience within the industry they support. For example, they've spent years working as leasing agents, maintenance and repair workers, property managers, and more. This firsthand experience gives them a deep understanding of the industry's demands and the needs of tenants, allowing us to provide more effective and empathetic support.
