Job Description
We are seeking a skilled RealPage Consultant with strong knowledge of RealPage solutions, including but not limited to property management, accounting, leasing, and resident services modules as well as strong implementation experience as a RealPage consultant, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate operations, property management, or financial services and experience implementing and supporting RealPage solutions. The RealPage Consultant will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and configure RealPage to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and objectives, ensuring the RealPage implementation aligns with their operational goals.
- Participate in applicable phases of projects involving installation, configuration, testing, and deployment of RealPage.
- Communicate and/or meet with the project manager, team members, and others on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis to give updates and request support when needed. When problems need to be resolved, meet more frequently as needed to return systems to their properly functioning order.
- Implementation based on adherence to the contracted statement of work.
- Configure RealPage to meet client needs.
- Prepare documentation for administrative functions, procedures, and processes.
- Create and deliver quick reference guides, job aids, and FAQs, and administer training to clients on RealPage functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues for all RealPage-related issues.
- Stay current on RealPage product updates and new features.
- Contribute to D2D growth by sourcing work through net new and/or existing clients.
- Develop long-term relationships both internally and externally, through interacting and communicating effectively with teammates, clients, and executives.
- Travel based on client need, resource availability, and within CDC recommended safety guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of RealPage modules and their application in real estate management.
- Strong implementation experience as a Techno-Functional consultant.
- Experience implementing and supporting RealPage solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with clients in the real estate sector.
- Knowledge of other property management systems.
- Understanding of implementation methodology.

Professionalism and Conduct
- Present a clean, neat, and tasteful appearance appropriate to your role whenever representing D2D, whether in person or virtually.
- Be prepared for the workday and arrive on time for scheduled work, meetings, and events. If tardiness or absence is unavoidable, notify both your D2D supervisor and the client as soon as possible. Frequent or unexcused absences or lateness may result in disciplinary action.
- Demonstrate ethical behavior at all times, including safeguarding confidential information and refraining from theft, negligence, destruction, or unauthorized removal or misuse of D2D or client property.
- Ensure that participation in outside professional organizations does not interfere with job performance or client obligations.
Communication and Reporting
- Communicate proactively with clients and D2D management regarding timelines, deliverables, delays, and project status. Consultants are required to provide status updates to their direct manager at least weekly.
- Submit all work time into the time management system by the end of each Friday to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
