Utilizing her 16+ years of experience with JP Morgan Chase coordinating complex, cutting-edge technology initiatives, D2D founder Dawn Dardzinski has pulled together the finest resources in project management to create D2D Consulting, a project management consulting firm that implements large-scale technological and business improvements. Extensively trained in a wide range of project management standards (PMI, CMM, Six Sigma, and ITL) together with various implementation and delivery approaches (SDLC, Waterfall, Agile and SCRUM), she has consistently delivered diversely-scaled web and application development projects for Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies over the past 26 years.

As head of D2D, Dardzinski leads a team of talented project management specialists who work with clients in all phases of the project lifecycle including estimating, planning and managing deliverables. By implementing repeatable processes her team ensures that the client’s timeline, budget and system requirements are met.

Dardzinski is an active member of the New York City and Long Island chapters of the Project Management Institute. She is also a mentor with the Aspire Foundation, an organization which advocates for the advancement of women in business and on the Board of The Michael Magro Foundation which supports children with cancer and other pediatric illnesses.
